Admission Procedure 2025-26
To apply for admission at Dow University, you must qualify the National MDCAT (Medical and Dental College Admission Test).
Merit Calculation:
Your admission merit will be calculated based on the following weightage:
- Matric/SSC (10%)
- 12th Pre-Medical (60%)
- MDCAT (50%)
Important Points:
- The final merit score will be rounded to four decimal places.
- No marks will be cut for taking extra attempts in 12th if you passed Matric within the last 2 years.
How to Apply (Online Only):
Admissions are completely online, no physical forms will be accepted.

- Read the Prospectus 2025-26 available at www.uhs.edu.pk.
- Go to the Online Admission Portal on the UHS website.
- Create your account by entering your name, your father’s/guardian’s name, email ID, and password.
- Choose the program (MBBS, BDS, or both) and select your seat category.
- Fill in your personal details (name, address, gender, DOB, etc.).
- Enter your academic details (10th and 12thmarks, passing years, subjects, etc.).
- Add your MDCAT score or other admission test details.
- Select your preferred colleges. You can choose as many as you want, but the order can’t be changed after the deadline.
- Upload scanned documents.
- Read and accept the Undertaking/Affidavit. Double-check your details before submitting.
- Submit the form online. You’ll get confirmation on your email and mobile number.
- Print your application and bank challan.
- Deposit the Rs. 2,000 processing fee per program at any Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch or pay online.
Once all steps are complete, your application will be submitted for admission to Government Medical and Dental Colleges in Punjab for the 2025-26 session.
