Maharashtra Ayush NEET Eligibility Criteria
- The applying seekers should have qualified for the NEET Entrance Examination.
- Aspirants must have a domicile in Maharashtra.
- The applicants must have completed a recognised educational institution’s 10+2 or equivalent examination.
- The applying seekers must have completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/ Biotechnology, and English are the compulsory subjects with a minimum of 50% marks. 40% marks are required for SC/ST category candidates, and 45% for Physically Handicap candidates.

Eligibility for Institutional Quota (For Courses other than MBBS and BDS Course):-
Any eligible candidates on All India basis can be admitted, including non-resident Indians (NRI) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), as well as Outside Maharashtra candidates (OMS) who had appeared for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test and were declared eligible for admission to undergraduate Ayurved, Unani, Homeopathy, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Prosthetics and Orthotics and B.Sc Nursing Courses, by inter-se-merit amongst candidates who apply for institutional quota seats. The respective institute will fill these seats by calling applications at the individual institutions from all eligible candidates registered with the State CET cell.
Additional Essential Eligibility for BUMS:
The candidate should have passed the SSC (or equivalent) examination from the recognized board with Urdu, Arabic, or Persian Language as one of the subjects.

Eligibility criteria of Qualifying Examination for various courses:-
For MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS: A candidate belonging to OPEN Category and EWS Category must have obtained not less than 50% (i.e. 150 out of 300) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Examination. A candidate belonging to constitutional reservation (Annexure- B except for EWS Category) and constitutional reservation with a Person With Disability claim must have obtained not less than 40% (i.e. 120 out of 300) marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Examination. A person with a disability candidate in the General category must secure not less than 45% marks (i.e. 135 out of 300) in Physics, Chemistry & Biology (PCB) taken together at the HSC (or equivalent) Examination or decided by respective Central Council.
Application Fees
- Fees of online application form admission to Post Graduate Unani/ Homoeopathy/ Ayurvedic Courses. It is Rs. 3000/- and applicable Bank charges through the payment gateway. This amount is not refundable.

Candidates can visit the State Common Entrance Test Cell Maharashtra official portal to register for Maharashtra State Ayush NEET UG Counselling 2024.
- Registration Process: Applicants must register online for the counselling process and fill in all the required details in the form carefully.
- Provisional Merit List: A merit list will be prepared after registration.
- Document Verification Process: Shortlisted applicants can proceed with the document verification process; you have to choose any one centre for document verification at the time of registration.
- Choice Filling Process: Applicants can fill in their choices/preferences through online mode.
- Seat Allotment: Applicants will be selected based on merit, preferences filled by them and availability of seats.
- Reporting Process: As per the seat allotment, you must report to the allotted college and carry your original documents and their photocopies to the allotted college on the prescribed date and time.

- Nationality certificate issued by District Magistrate/Addl. District Magistrate or Metropolitan Magistrate (Competent Authority for the issue of such certificate)/ valid Indian passport /School Leaving Certificate of HSC/12th Std. Indicating the nationality of the candidate as Indian.
- Domicile Certificate issued by District Magistrate/Metropolitan Magistrate/ Addl. District Magistrate or Competent Authority for the issue of such certificate.
- H.S.C. (or equivalent) examination mark sheet.
