AP NEET Counselling Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the following eligibility criteria to be eligible for Arunachal Pradesh MBBS admission:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 17 years old by December 31.
• Academic Qualification: You must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as your main subjects.
• Domicile Requirement: You must be a domicile candidate of Arunachal Pradesh. Here’s how you can qualify:
• You have lived in Arunachal Pradesh for the past three years and completed class 12 in a school located in the state.
• You are a child of an Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) member, a Non-APST employee of the State/Central Government or Public Sector Units (PSUs) working in Arunachal Pradesh are eligible.
• NEET 2025 Qualification: You need to pass the NEET 2025 exam and secure the required minimum cutoff for your category. Check the category-wise NEET UG cutoff below.

Arunachal Pradesh UG NEET Counselling Procedure 2025

1. Merit Position Submission
   • Visit apdhte.nic.in and fill out the Google Form to know your provisional inter-se merit position.
   • Final registration link will be activated after NEET 2025 results are declared.
2. Information Brochure
   • Download the brochure from the official website for full details, including:
     • Registration dates
     • Merit list publication
     • Choice filling schedule
     • Counselling and reporting dates
3. Online Registration & Document Upload
   • Register and upload documents online once the link is available.
   • Track your application and respond to any queries through the portal.
4. Important Notes
   • Use a valid email ID and phone number for all communication.
   • Check the website regularly for updates and instructions.

How to Apply

• Step 1: The candidate must visit the official website (https://dme.arunachalpradesh.gov.in/). 
• Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” Option.
• Step 3 (Personal Information): Candidates must fill in their personal information after successfully registering and activating the account. Make sure all the information is correct while filling out the application form.
• Step 4: (Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload their passport-size photograph of high contrast (The photo must be snapped with a placard containing the candidate’s name and snapping date) and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading the photo and signature, click the “Save & Continue” button.
• Step 5: (Educational Information): After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter their educational information on the computer screen and click the “Save & Continue” button.
• Step 6 (Payment of Counselling Fees): After filling in all the required details, candidates must proceed with the payment. The counselling Fees will not be refunded.
  There are the following two modes for payment of the Counselling Fees:
  • a. Payment by Bank Challan: If the candidate wants to Pay the Counselling Fees through Bank Challan, they should select the offline / NEFT Challan option from the Payment mode appearing on the computer screen and download the Challan and get the print and
    visiting any Bank up to the scheduled last date, the Counselling Fees may be paid through NEFT mode.
  • b. Online Payment: If the candidate wants to pay the Counselling Fees through Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, they should select an online option from the payment mode appearing on the computer screen and “Make the Payment.”
    Should be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. The candidate has to pay a processing charge in addition to the Counselling Fees for payment through the online mode.
  • c. Counselling Fees: Application & Counselling Fees is Rs. 3540/- (Including GST) plus Bank charges extra for OC/BC categories and Rs.2950/- (Including GST) plus Bank charges extra for SC/ST categories.
