I secured a seat in a college during the first round of Bihar State AYUSH counselling,
but I do not wish to take admission in that college. I do not want to choose seat upgradation
or participate in the second round. Instead, I wish to participate in the third round. Is it possible for me to
make a fresh registration and submit a fresh college choice application for
the third round, or will I be blocked from participating in the third round?
