The University of Mauritius[1] (UoM) is the national college of Mauritius. It is the most seasoned and prominent college in the country regarding student enrollment. The state-funded college’s primary grounds are situated at Reduit, Moka. At first, the university had three schools: Agriculture, Administration, and Industrial Technology. With time it has expanded to comprise five Faculties, namely Agriculture, Engineering, Law and Management, Science, and Social Studies & Humanities. Over the years, the University of Mauritius evolved as number one. - Moka is a village in Mauritius located in the Moka District; the western part of the village also lies in the Plaines Wilhems District.
- Moka is directly on the other side of the Moka Range from Port Louis.
