Bihar NEET UG Registration & Counselling Process 2025

• Step 1: Registration: Fill in the required details, including a valid email ID and mobile number. An activation code will be sent via SMS/email. Use it to activate your account, then sign in with your email and password.
• Step 2: Personal Information: Sign in and fill in your personal details. Click “Save & Continue.”
• Step 3: Upload Photo & Signature: Upload a recent passport-size photo (with name and date) and your signature in Hindi & English (not in capital letters). Click “Save & Continue.”
• Step 4: Educational Details: Enter your academic details and click “Save & Continue.”
• Step 5: Preview Application: Check all details. If any correction is needed, click “Back to Edit.” After verifying, click “Confirm & Submit.”
• Step 6: Pay Counselling Fee: Pay the counselling fee online:
  • ₹1200 for UR/BC/EBC
  • ₹600 for SC/ST/DQ
    Payment is non-refundable.
• Step 7: Download Application: After payment, download and save Part A & Part B of your application form. It will be required during counselling.

How to Apply

• Step 1: The candidate must visit the official website (https://dme.bihar.gov.in/). 
• Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” Option.
• Step 3 (Personal Information): After successfully registering and activating the account, candidates must fill in their personal information. Make sure all the information is correct while filling out the application form.
• Step 4: (Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload their passport-size photograph of high contrast (The photo must be snapped with a placard containing the candidate’s name and snapping date) and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading the photo and signature, click the “Save & Continue” button.
• Step 5: (Educational Information): After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter their educational information on the computer screen and click the “Save & Continue” button.
• Step 6 (Payment of Counselling Fees): After filling in all the required details, candidates must proceed with the payment. The counselling Fees will not be refunded.
  There are the following two modes for payment of the Counselling Fees:
• a. Payment by Bank Challan: If the candidate wants to Pay the Counselling Fees through Bank Challan, they should select the offline / NEFT Challan option from the Payment mode appearing on the computer screen download the Challan and get the print and
  visiting any Bank up to the scheduled last date, the Counselling Fees may be paid through NEFT mode.
• b. Online Payment: If the candidate wants to pay the Counselling Fees Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, they should select an online option from the payment mode appearing on the computer screen and “Make the Payment.”
  Should be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. The candidate has to pay a processing charge in addition to the Counselling Fees for payment through the online mode.
• c. Counselling Fees: Application & Counseling Fees is Rs. 3540/- (Including GST) plus Bank charges extra for OC/BC categories and Rs.2950/- (Including GST) plus Bank charges extra for SC/ST categories.

Documents Required

All the certificates included in the list given below, if applicable, must be submitted in original by every candidate at the time of their counselling/allotment on the scheduled date;

• Original NEET admit card
• Passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card of class 10 or equivalent exam
• Class 12 or equivalent exam passing certificate/mark sheet/admit card
• Residential certificate
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Six copies of passport size photograph which was used in NEET application form NEET 2025 admit card.
• Printout of Bihar NEET 2025 application form
• Aadhar card
• Other documents required, such as a PH certificate
• All the relevant documents in the originals
