Haryana NEET UG Counselling Eligibility Criteria

Candidates wishing to be admitted to Haryana MBBS are advised to read the eligibility form before filling out the application form.

  • The candidate must be an Indian citizen. NRI, OCI, and PIO candidates can also apply.
  • The candidate must be a resident of Haryana.
  • The candidate should be at least 17 years old by December 31, 2024.
  • The candidate needs to have passed Class 12 or an equivalent exam from a recognized institution with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as their main subjects.
  • The candidate must pass each of these subjects individually and score at least: 50% in total for the general category
  • The candidate must qualify for the NEET 2024 exam.
  • For NEET 2024, you need to achieve the following minimum qualifying percentiles: 50 for the general category 40% in total for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) 45% in total for the PWD category 40 for SC/ST/OBC categories 45 for PWD category.

Haryana NEET UG Counselling 2024

Candidates can visit the official portal of the Department of Medical Education & Research, Haryana, to get themselves registered for NEET 2024 Haryana State Counselling. Below we have mentioned the step-by-step process of counselling.

Haryana NEET UG Counselling Process

  • The first two rounds of counselling for Haryana MBBS/BDS 2024 admission will be conducted online based on the mop-up round, which will be performed manually.
  • New online registration will be invited for a particular round of Haryana NEET-UG 2024 counselling.
  • Depending upon the application received by DMER, Haryana will release the merit list after a particular Haryana NEET 2024 counselling round.
  • The Haryana Merit List 2024 will be category-specific and separately released for government-aided medical, dental, private, and dental colleges.
  • Candidates on the merit list for Haryana MBBS/BDS admissions 2024 must participate in the choice-filling process.
  • Seat allotment will be done based on the Haryana merit list 2024 and the choice which the applicants will fill.
  • An allotment letter will be issued for the allotted seats for admission to Haryana MBBS/BDS courses; applicants can access the allotment letter by logging into their accounts. 

How to Apply

  • Step 1: The candidate must visit the official website.
  • Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” Option.
  • Step 3 (Personal Information): After the successful registration and activating account, candidates need to fill in their personal information. Make sure all the information is correct while filling out the application form.
  • Step 4 (Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload their passport-size photograph of high contrast (The photo must be snapped with a placard containing the candidate’s name and snapping date) and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading a photo and signature, click the “Save & Continue” button.
  • Step 5 (Educational Information): After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter their educational information on the computer screen and click the “Save & Continue” button.
  • Step 6 (Payment of Counselling Fees): After filling in all the required details, candidates need to proceed with payment of the Counselling Fees. The counselling Fees will not be refunded.
    There are the following two modes for payment of the Counselling Fees:
    a. Payment by Bank Challan: If the candidate wants to Pay the Counselling Fees through Bank Challan, they should select the offline / NEFT Challan option from the Payment mode appearing on a computer screen and download the Challan and get the print and
    visiting any Bank up to the scheduled last date, the Counselling Fees may be paid through NEFT mode.
    b. Online Payment: If the candidate wants to pay the Counselling Fees through Online mode, e.g. Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking, they should select an online option from the payment mode appearing on the computer screen and “Make the Payment.”
    should be made through Credit Card / Debit Card / Net banking. The candidate has to pay a processing charge in addition to the Counselling Fees for payment through online mode.

  • Original Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2024
  • Original Score Card of NEET(UG)-2024
  • Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Matric / equivalent exam.
  •  Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of Intermediate/ 10+2 / equivalent exam.
  • Residential Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate.
  • All the Certificates/documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Medical/ Dental Colleges.
  • Six copies of the passport-size photographs were pasted on the Admit Card of NEET(UG)-2024.
  • Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Part A & Part B) of UGMAC-2024.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH)/ SMQ / EWS Certificate etc

The Seat reservation will be calculated after deducting 15% of AIQ and NRI seats. The final seat reservation will be released at the time of counselling. The reservation seats are given below:
